CoClass: Education App and Web Development
Parents of school-aged children enrolled across multiple classes and activity centres, managing schedules and fees for one or more children. Every child's classes sit in one calendar, fees are tracked in one place, and reminders land before a class and before a payment falls due.
The operator's administrative staff handling support and data management: parent and child records, the centre and school directory, scheduled classes, payment tracking and verification, and support requests.
Parents with children in several classes across different centres end up tracking schedules and fees across WhatsApp threads, emails and paper notes. Each centre runs its own timetable and its own payment cycle, and nothing consolidates them.
CoClass puts every child's classes into one calendar and every centre's fees into one payment view, with reminders on both. Behind it, an admin panel lets support staff keep the centre and school directory clean and handle parent requests without data clutter. Mobulous, working as a mobile app development company, built the product for the Singapore market, with PayNow and PayLah as the payment baseline and PDPA compliance in the data handling.
