This policy explains what personal data Mobulous Technologies Pvt Ltd collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website, our sales and recruitment activity, and the data we handle on behalf of the clients whose products we build.
Mobulous Technologies Pvt Ltd is a mobile and web application development company registered in India, with its principal office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We design and build software for clients across more than 30 countries.

Most of what follows depends on which of two roles we are playing when we handle your data. The distinction matters, because it determines who you should contact about it.
For our own website, marketing, sales enquiries and recruitment, we determine what data is collected and why. Sections 3 to 10 describe this. Direct any questions or requests about this data to us.
When we build or maintain an application for a client, that application may hold personal data belonging to the client's own users. We act on the client's written instructions and do not decide what is collected or how it is used. Section 11 describes this, and requests about that data go to the client, not to us.
When you visit mobulous.com, our servers and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date, time and duration of your visit. This is collected automatically as part of how the web works.
When you contact us through a form, by email, or during a sales conversation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you send us a brief, specification, wireframe or similar document, we hold that too.
If you apply for a role, we collect your CV, contact details, employment and education history, and any notes made during interviews or assessments.
For contracted work we hold business contact details, contract documentation, invoicing and payment records, and correspondence relating to the engagement.
We do not knowingly collect special category data — health, biometric, genetic, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation — through this website. Please do not send it to us unsolicited.
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on the following grounds:
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping the site working (essential), understanding how visitors use it (analytics), and measuring the performance of our advertising (marketing).
Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them by default. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
We do share it with service providers who help us operate — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, customer relationship management, and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to use the data only for the service they provide to us.
Current providers (homepage audit, August 2026):
Google Tag Manager may also load additional Google measurement endpoints (for example google.com, googleadservices.com or doubleclick.net) as part of Ads / Analytics tags configured in our container.
We will also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
We are based in India and our infrastructure is hosted there. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your data will be transferred to and processed in India.
Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or the equivalent UK International Data Transfer Agreement, together with technical and organisational safeguards. You can request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism by writing to us.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements:
When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.
The site is served over TLS, and data in transit is encrypted. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for a specific job — typically account management, finance, or the delivery team assigned to your project. Staff are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive the end of their employment.
We operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality processes. Documentation relating to our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security certification will be shared on request.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the timeframes the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the data we hold as controller:
Write to sales@mobulous.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first — we will not hand your data to someone claiming to be you.
If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority. If you are in India you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

When we develop or maintain software for a client, that software may collect and store personal data about the client's own users. In that situation the client is the controller and we are the processor.
We handle that data only on the client's documented instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not retain it after the engagement ends except where the client instructs us to or the law requires it. Development and testing use anonymised or synthetic data wherever the work allows.
If you are a user of an app we built for someone else: we cannot act on your access, correction or deletion request directly. Contact the company that operates the app. They are the controller, and we will support them in responding to you.
This site links to third-party sites — client apps in our portfolio, review platforms, social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your data.
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Checking back periodically is worthwhile if you have an ongoing relationship with us.
